How’s the run up to Christmas going? Maybe you’re celebrating Christmas, maybe you’re not. Either way, I hope you’re taking care of YOU. I hope you’re honouring your season of life whether it feels good or not at this time.
Today, I unsubscribed from the belief systems that;
1) I have Chronic Pain and
2) I have possibly and unknowingly struggled with ADHD all of my life and need to get a diagnosis.
One thing I know for sure is, that when you allow a belief system to go viral, that reality goes viral!
- How have I become so ill all of a sudden?
- Why am I now always in pain yet every test I have comes back as normal?’
- Why is my lack of focus worsening?
- Why is my overthinking worsening?
Because I have agreed that I have Chronic Pain and I have agreed that I may have unknowingly suffered with ADHD all of my life!
I’m done!
I’m done with the pain affecting my daily life and delaying my destined path of greatness!
I’m done feeling powerless to procrastination and lack of focus because there’s a possibility that my brain is working against me... This now seems like a good excuse not to execute my tasks and I’m unavailable to excuses!
We all have rules that we live by whether we realise them or not and it’s time for me to have some NEW RULES for my life!
I choose to unsubscribe from those beliefs that limit me and make me feel powerless, and I choose to subscribe to the beliefs that I am a limitless soul just having a human experience, and that I can choose to change my life experience at any point.
I no longer allow my human body to be consumed by pain, I choose to tune into my divinity through breath and mantras, and to call upon my inner guidance to visualise and FEEL my sovereign light that heals and transforms me instantaneously.
I choose to see myself in the woods surrounded by goddesses and angels who are shining light upon me, bathing me with unconditional love and healing (this feels so supportive and fabulous!)
I choose to believe that what I see in my mind for me is what I CHOOSE to feel in my body, such as harmony and wholeness as my new reality.
These are my new rules and in deciding these new rules, I instantaneously feel better!
I was crying 10 minutes ago, asking how I can overcome this pain and lack of focus on the execution of my goals...
POWERLESSNESS!
Now, I’m feeling good!
I’m feeling Empowered!
I’m feeling Free!
Just like that!
Have my illnesses vanished? No.
Have my ADHD symptoms disappeared? No.
But I feel good and ready to take back control. I feel in my power and as I keep choosing to feel in my power, the solutions and cures will come. They have to, because I’m now aligned with the solution and the cures and not the issues.
I’ve taken my power back.
I’ve taken back control of my life.
Mantras and visualisations help me massively. I chant health, wealth and completion of my tasks and I’ve found this to be life-changing. No longer are those limiting beliefs viral in my reality.
Health, Wealth and happiness are the beliefs I choose to go viral.
Of course, I also take physical action because the ‘woo-woo’ stuff alone won’t create long-lasting change. So, I prioritise self-care routines and rituals that plug energy leaks and feel replenishing to my mind and body. These can sometimes be just 1-2 minutes long, or up to an hour or two depending on my commitments that day. But I fill my own cup, EVERY SINGLE DAY!
I also break down my tasks into bitesize chunks to feel less overwhelmed that leads to procrastination and incomplete tasks.
